The new Inserted Bar Lock has been engineered to provide long-term alignment of very large molds. Also very effective in the battle against flashing.
Inserted Bar Locks are engineered for long term alignment of very large moulds:
- Designed to align large injection moulds up to 3400 Kg (75,000 pounds ) moving half + platen.
- Inserts are also sold individually to retro-fit into existing mould designs.
Führungsschwerter mit eingesetzter Gleitfläche wurden für die langfristige Ausrichtung von sehr großen Formen entwickelt:
- Entwickelt, um große Spritzgießformen bis zu 3400 kg (75.000 Pfund) (Bewegliche Seite und Platte) auszurichten.
- Um in bestehende Werkzeug-Konstruktionen zu passen, sind Führungsschwerter auch einzeln erhältlich.

- Conçu pour l’alignement des grands moules d’injection jusqu’à 3400 Kg, coté éjection et plaques.
- Les inserts sont également vendus individuellement pour rétro-ajustement sur les moules existants.
