Progressive Components biedt Rhino Producten aan met de onderstaande voorwaarden en mededelingen. De volgende voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle verkopen en gebruik van originele Rhino Producten. Lees deze zorgvuldig door. Deze voorwaarden omvatten beperkte garanties en afwijzingen van aansprakelijkheid. Het houden, gebruiken of toestaan van het gebruik van Rhino producten betekent dat u akkoord gaat met deze voorwaarden.
Gebruiksvoorwaarden: Rhino Producten worden u aangeboden door Progressive Components onder de voorwaarde dat u zonder wijzigingen akkoord gaat met de hierin opgenomen voorwaarden, bepalingen en kennisgevingen, alsmede met de bijbehorende veiligheids- en gebruiksrichtlijnen en waarschuwingen.
Activiteiten met hoog risico: Rhino-producten die door Progressive Components worden verkocht, kunnen bij correct gebruik extreem zware lasten dragen en kunnen dus resulteren in activiteiten met een hoog risico. Het is noodzakelijk dat alle veiligheidsrichtlijnen, waarschuwingen en procedures worden opgevolgd. Risico’s omvatten maar zijn niet beperkt tot lichamelijk letsel, invaliditeit en/of overlijden. Je neemt op eigen risico deel aan deze activiteit.

Bovendien stemt u ermee in Progressive Components schadeloos te stellen, te verdedigen en te vrijwaren van claims die voortvloeien uit een dergelijk gebruik van Rhino-producten.
Beperking van aansprakelijkheid: In geen geval is Progressive Components aansprakelijk voor enige directe, indirecte, bestraffende, incidentele, speciale of gevolgschade die voortvloeit uit of verband houdt met het gebruik of misbruik van Rhino-producten.
Volledige verplichting: Dit document, samen met de bijbehorende materialen, bevat de volledige verplichting van Progressive Components met betrekking tot Rhino Producten. Keeping, using or allowing use of Rhino Products indicates your agreement to these terms.
Terms of use: Rhino Products are offered to you by Progressive Components conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein as well as accompanied Safety and Use Guidelines and Warnings.
High Risk Activity: Rhino Products sold by Progressive Components when used properly can hold extremely heavy loads and thus may result in high risk activity. It is imperative that all safety guidelines, warnings, and procedures are specifically followed. Risks include but are not limited to physical injury, disability and/or death. You participate in this activity at your own risk.
Assumption of Risk: By buying, using, or allowing the use of Rhino Products, you understand and agree that you may be engaging in high risk activities and, to the extent permitted by law, YOU EXPRESSLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME THE RISK OF DEATH OR OTHER PERSONAL INJURY SUSTAINED WHILE PARTICIPATING IN SUCH ACTIVITIES WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER FAULT OF Progressive Components including but not limited to equipment malfunction from whatever cause, or any other fault of Progressive Components. Purchasers assume all risks. Additionally, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Progressive Components harmless from claims arising from such use of Rhino Products.
Limitation Of Liability: In no event shall Progressive Components be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of Rhino Products.
Entire Obligation: This document along with the accompanied materials states the entire obligation of Progressive Components. with respect to Rhino Products. If any part of this disclaimer is determined to be void, invalid, unenforceable or illegal, including, but not limited to the warranty disclaimers and liability disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
Applicable Law: Your order from Progressive Components, and this disclaimer statement are governed by the laws of the state of Illinois of the United States of America. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state of Illinois, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of Rhino Products. Use of Rhino Products is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.
Modification of Terms and Conditions: Progressive Components reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which Rhino Products are offered.
